Henry VIII took over the throne, and then the 38 years as his reign of being
king started. He had one brother and no sisters, his only brothers name was
Arthur and he fell in love with a young Spanish girl called Catherine of Aragon
who was later married to Arthur, but Henry got jealous of Arthur so he got
Catherine and married her, later in Catherine and Henry's relationship they
got divorced and Henry married Ann Bolyn who was from France but didn't want
a baby so Henry got cruel and beheaded her. Next for Henry was Jane Seymour who
Henry said was the love of his life, but she later died from small pox and Henry
married another French girl called Anne of Cleeves, but that didn't last long
so he decided to marry Catherine Howard who was also beheaded. A few years later
sadly he died, before getting married to his last wife, Anne of Cleeves, and
after having 6 wives he only had 3 babies Edward, Mary and Elizabeth, all yet
to become Kings and Queens.

about two years of waiting with hardly any money, she and Henry VIII got permission to be married from
Henry VII's deathbed. They had a daugter, Mary Tudor. Eventually he fell in love with Anne Boleyn.
Using the excuse that the Bible said it was unlawful to marry your brothers wife, he divorced Catherine(who died
soon after, from possible poisoning) and married Anne. This took several years of struggle. Anne Boleyn tried
to produce many robust children, just as Catherrine of Aragon had. But like Catherine, she only gave birth to a
daughter, Elizabeth I.Henry tired of Anne, and accused her of being unfaithful to the king, thought to be a
crime of high treason. She was beheaded, and very soon after he married Jane Seymour. She
had been a lady in waiting of Catherine of Arogon. She gave birth to Price Edward, but died after. Henry
then married Anne of Cleves, but quickly divorced her, for she was considerd quite ugly. He gave her two houses,
money, and the title of King's sister. She left satisfied. Catherine Howard was his next
wife, but she had been engaged, never divorced, and had several other 'friends'. After being married
to Henry for a while, he learned of her past, and accused her of treason. She was
beheaded after. The next and last of his six wives was Catherine Parr. She lasted beyond his death.
She helped Mary and Elizabeth return to the king's favour, for they had been
shunned out of his life. Henry VIII died in 1547. His succesor, the sickly Prince Edward
ruled for a short span of time before dying. Then Mary,
known as Bloody Mary, ruled for five years. Then, finally
Elizabeth took the throne for a peaceful 45 years...
